Property Manager, Dani Thornhill acts with a sense of urgency on all things Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing, and is not to be underestimated. She runs the property with an iron fist, when she needs to. She does not hide behind her office door and/or staff...instead she remains actively engaged with her residents. She is available to take your call, and/or meet with you in her office on the spot for any issue. She acts with integrity and does exactly what she says she is going to do. Additionally, her leadership reflects in the culture of the Leasing Office and Maintenance, because her staff is not only competent and professional, they are nice/pleasant too.

Hayde and Dani were very knowledgeable about the application process. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to give me all the information I requested.

Awesome customer service

This is a beautiful community I would have love to move into this complex however they dont have anything that was available in my moving timeframe that was on the second floor. Everything was on the third floor and they dont have stairs this is the only reason why I am not picking this community. Otherwise guess what Ive been my choice.
